The position of the caravan with parking alongside. The view from the caravan was exceptionally good, and it was lovely to enjoy the sounds and sights of the waves and watch the sun go down. Having a smart Tv and wifi was useful. I bought entertainment passes but didn't use them in the end, so it's open to preference.

− The fact that there was no hand towels or bottom sheet, Sadie said that their were Mattress protection to be used as a bottom sheet but I felt that wasn't suitable so ended up buying sheets and hand towels. The shower was intermittent hot and cold and could do with upgrade.

Lovely caravan, location fantastic

Location of the caravan is fantastic. It’s right on the beach, and access to it across the path is very close. Lovely caravan and very clean, kitchen is equipped with all the things you need. The site has a swimming pool, good sized arcade and park which my children really enjoyed. Both the restaurant and chippy on site are nice. Llandudno is only about 30 min drive away and there is also lots to do near where the caravan is, fun fair and crabbing at marine lake. Will hopefully stay again in the near future! Sadie the owner is very helpful and gets back to you straight away with any queries.

lovely clean caravan, excellent location and views. Had plenty of little extras in the caravan which was nice, toiletries and kitchen equipment. host was lovely and helpful throughout. will definitely be booking again, thanks again for a enjoyable trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this caravan by the sea. The location is truly unbeatable- just steps away from the beach, with stunning views right from the window. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, well- equipped and surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Great caravan in a great location

It was well arranged and had all the things we needed. The night lights were really useful for finding your way around. The view was exceptional and we will be coming back next year.

Everything, the caravan was high spec. Clean and had the most amazing sea view. R host was wonderful too. She kept in touch , gave us loads of info about where to visit and local places for food. Couldn't of asked for more. Went way beyond expectations.
