− 1. Property condition: - Run-down residence - Overflowing garbage bins - Unbearable sewage smell in the car park - Mosquito infestation - Overlooking a busy motorway (noise pollution) 2. Host issues: - Unresponsive to communications - Double-booked the property, leaving us stranded.. - refused to issue refund. Booking.com customer service is just as bad. Luckily I paid via PayPal and I was able to get my money back!
