Excellent communication from villa staff, villa location is easy walking to beach and bus stop to paphos. 15 minutes walk to main bars and restaurants. The villa is large and is located on a generous size plot which is not overlooked by other properties. We found everything we needed for are stay supplied by the owner. The pool was clean and also cleaned whilst we stayed so spotless

− We found the outside pool area needed more attention as weeds are growing through the path , area has a lot of birds and waste is all-over, the beds provided are a little tired and a sunshade area with no shade on the roof so it is just somewhere for birds to gather. 2 cats that spend a lot of time att the villa, so cat hair and waste present. Internally the implements provided for cooking are very old and need replacing, also a few items need repairing.

We were burgled on the second day of our stay which obviously meant that we did not feel very secure for the rest of the

Great location, 350m from the best beach in Paphos and near Ayios Georgios and Akamas with their beautiful landscape! Very spacious, clean villa, wonderful for two families with children

Fab well equipped modern villa

We were self catering, the villa was great for the 4 of us for a winter sun chill out week. There was a taverna right on the sea front about a 5 mins walk away with a selection of more about a 5 mins drive away. The outside area, seating area, pool area was great and ticked all our boxes - somewhere to eat and somewhere else to relax on comfy seats. Instructions on how to get to and get into the villa were excellent. Plenty of room for clothes, the bathrooms were light and airy, the beds were comfy, the villa was modern and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed for our week. A very large fridge/freezer to accommodate food/drinks. Easy to use booster for the water and air cons units - in all the bedrooms.

− Be very picky, the bath towels were rather on the thin side, the hand towels were much thicker and softer though. BBQ could do with an update (freestanding and it was looking a little old and well used) - did the job though.
