1.0Actually was awful ! I sent them an email to say that had spiders was not clean and extremely hot without A/C really noisy and we couldn’t sleep the whole evening
− Had no one to help us no staff at all ?! Too hot and dirty!!

6.0Ontbijt was lekker en voldoende keuze. Personeel was vriendelijk.
− Kamer was zeer basic en erg warm. Geen airco voorzien. Slapen boven de stookruimte geeft tijdens de nacht veel lawaai. Thee en koffie faciliteiten op de gang snel uitgeput. Extra betalen voor elektriciteit!

− Zimmer (Badezimmer) war nicht sehr sauber, schmutziges Tuch wurde nicht ersetzt Im Zimmer war es sehr heiss trotz Ventilator- im Hochparterre konnte man nachts nicht Fenster öffnen
