Brilliant location, clean and well equipped. Good communication from the host. Won't suit everyone as its a bit of a climb to top of stairs, but that was made clear when booking.

The studio is located near Paddington and Edgware Road Stations and several bus stops. It is well furnished, with kitchen stuff and fridge. Perfect location for a trip in London

Well furnished, clean

− Well being in the proximity of Paddington train station we get trains pulling into the station until 2 am very noisy and vibrating plus the sirens of police( well, I know its not something that can be done about it) but it is disturbing first couple of nights i thought i was back in New York city. That's basically the only thing that bugged me.and btw as there were no staff on the premises I couldn't rate that.

Suitable and reasonable accommodation for younger couples who can do stairs.

The location of the flat was ideal for us, allowing access to Paddington and Edgware Road within a 2-5 minute walk, with various eateries and key locations nearby or easily accessible. Really appreciated that the owner had put a fan in the flat as it was an exceptionally hot weekend in London.

− The flat could use some maintenance and improvements. There were marks on walls and holes left from door handles hitting them. The washing machine is usable, but the outer vision panel was cracked. The amenities listed were largely present, but the kettle was missing and the front door onto the street was not secure and therefore even though there were locks in the flat, it did cause concern when returning for the evening.

The studio is so cosy for me and my daughter that we felt we were at home.The neighbourhood is clean and active.We always felt safe even we came late at night.There are so many restaurants, cafes, supermakets nearby and some of them are open till midnight or later.The most importantly,it is about 300 metres to the Paddington train Station.It is one of the central train stations,so you can go wherever you want by tube.The most famous attractions are 15-20 minutes away from the srudio.It's easy to explore London.Special thanks to the host,since he was always extremely caring,interested,kind and helpful from the beginning till the end.I would like to stay again,when I come back.
