Perfect for a group on a budget
9.0We had 5 adults for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The house, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, seems relatively new and on entry we found it to be really well kitted out and exceptionally clean. The WiFi was easy to access and there are powerpoints aplenty. The kitchen/diner is spacious, the lounge even more so. We didn't get around to using the large TV, so I can't comment on the channels offered. The beds were not too soft, so I slept extremely well on both nights. Everyone else seemed to sleep well too. If you're staying a few days and have a car, there's an Aldi just 5 minutes away for food shopping. It would make a great base for a city break in Wakefield (15-20 minute walk into the city centre) with easy driving distance to places like the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and other local attractions.
Really lovely place! Would definitely stay there again.

10.0Loved it all, no complaints whatsoever was like walking into a show home, everything was so clean and fresh - in think to date the very best accommodation I've stayed in and exceptional value for money

− Ensuite had a foul smell when i arrived . Cleared after leaving the fan on for a while. Communication was poor could have been due to conflicting messages from booking.com .
