Nice apparment, but hard beds and no wifi.

The apartment itself was better than the pictures and text show. It is two large and one small bedroom - the large ones have separate air condition, while the small one do not. The living room is large and the kitchen was nice. The neighbours in the first floor is a very nice and helpful old couple. There was water in the fridge and some fruits on the table when we came.

− The wifi is very bad in some of the rooms and no coverage in the others. It is not ok for the host to even advertice this as free wifi. The parking space is extremely tight and getting our medium sized car in there was hard. Any bigger car would not fit through the access road and gate at all. Location is fine if you are traveling by car, but Pescia city center is a 30 minutes walk away. The train services was not running much when we where there during summer. Initially, the air conditioning was fixed to no cooler than 26 degrees. This was very hot for us. After asking, the host agreed to move the limit to 24, and at this temperatur, it was nice inside. I think it was uneccesary that we had to ask for this - it should have been set to a comfortable level in the first place. The beds where so-so. The master bedroom was fine with its king bed, but the other beds where very hard and uncomfortable. The host would do well to replace these matresses.
