De kamer en het zwembad

− De kwaliteit van het voedsel. Er wordt enorm bezuinigt op de kwaliteit en het assortiment dat er aangeboden wordt. De temperatuur van de warme gerechten is echt onder de maat waardoor het de smaak ook geen recht toe doet. Het Turkse personeel is alleen service gericht aan de Turken. De dames en heren bij de receptie zijn wel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Отдыхали в отеле Side Moon Palace с 6 по 13 апреля и в целом остались очень довольны — это действительно удачный вариант по соотношению цена–качество. Отель приятно удивил продуманной инфраструктурой: всё расположено удобно, логично и без лишней суеты. Отдельно хочется отметить питание — четырёхразовая кухня разнообразная и вкусная, всегда есть из чего выбрать. Также порадовал хороший выбор напитков. У бассейна всегда достаточно лежаков, нет ощущения перегруженности. Вода как в бассейне, так и в санузле — без резкого запаха хлорки, что редкость и большой плюс. Интернет быстрый и стабильный — спокойно можно работать или смотреть видео. Сервис на хорошем уровне: персонал очень приветливый, а на любые просьбы (принести что-то в номер или починить) реагируют быстро и без лишних напоминаний. В отеле чисто — как в номерах, так и на всей территории. Номер порадовал хорошей шумоизоляцией, исправным освещением и быстрым лифтом, что тоже оказалось неожиданно важным плюсом. Отдельно удобно, что каждые полчаса ходит автобус до пляжа и обратно — это делает отдых ещё комфортнее. Из небольших минусов: в санузле чувствуется, что часть оборудования уже немного изношена (смесители, пластиковые перегородки, которые пропускают воду), полотенца тоже местами требуют обновления, и были нюансы с ручками балконной двери. Но это скорее мелкие недочёты, которые не сильно влияют на общее впечатление. В целом отель оставил очень приятные эмоции. Это комфортное, чистое и гостеприимное место, куда вполне можно вернуться ещё раз.

Хорошая еда, чистота в номере, удобные кровати. Внимательный обслуживающий персонал.

− Территории у отеля нет, вся территория один бассейн. Были в апреля, в баре у бассейна только вино и пиво, закусочная у бассейна почему то не работала. Лежаков у бассейна мало, надо заранее занимать, не представляю что будет в высокий сезон. Для детей нет никаких занятий, ни в дневное время, ни в вечернее. Поэтому они носятся целый день по гостинице до часу ночи и орут. Администрация отеля ничего не делает, что бы был покой и порядок для отдыхающих. Отдельно хочу отметить мужчину, наверно он как руководитель смены зовут Cevin ( плохо видно на бейджике), он вообще неадекватный, грубит гостям по всяким мелочам делает замечания. Я посоветую руководству отеля обратить на этого человека внимание и сделать соответсвующие выводы. Я наблюдала за ним, он также грубо говорит с подчиненными и заставляет их работать в стрессе. Человек носится по всему отелю и создает видимость работы. Коктейли в баре никакие. Поэтому советую брать чистые напитки. По поводу пляжа, дорога плохая на автобусе , как американские горки. Людям пожилым не дойти ногами. На пляже пока стоит вагончик с вином и пивом и бутербродами. Я больше в этот отель не приеду
