10.0A really gorgeous villa in an amazing setting. We loved this villa, its pool, its decor and its location. We had everything we needed...except coffee!!!! It is close enough to surrounding towns to explore the region, but tucked away in such a beautiful olive grove to give you the feeling of relaxation, privacy and retreat.
− Sadly our arrival was ruined by booking.com mix up causing much stress for all and making for a less than warm welcome by our host, due to no fault of our own which is disheartening and put a big upset on our holiday. Fortunately the problem was sorted out quickly. However the host never reached out even once during our stay to ask if we were happy or needed any assistance. We felt very unwelcome. Of all the places we stayed on our 2.5weeks in Italy we were most excited about this. Of all the places we stayed, this was the unfriendliest, most unhelpful and disinterested host. Everywhere else we were overwhelmed by hotels and hosts incredible warm and welcoming Italian hospitality. It also does need to be said that only 2 pods for the Lavazzo coffee machine were provided, which is fine but as we were unable to find anywhere in Cisternino with pods and the host gave no instructions or options to purchase more, we were without coffee for 5 days which was most frustrating.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa in an idyllic setting among olive groves, vineyards and fig trees.
10.0Beautiful house and setting among olive groves. The pool was really lovely and the choice of sun lounges and day beds was ideal. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed.
