10.0El piso está muy limpio, bien situado. Cerca del centro, con aparcamiento a dos minutos. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y Andrés ha sido muy atento con nosotros. Sin duda repetiría!

7.0La ubicación y la posibilidad de aparcar genial
− No me gustó que los colchones eran bastante incómodos. Las ventanas estaban mal insonorizadas y el ascensor tiene un candado, literal, y no funciona. El suelo estaba bastante sucio, había pelos y las sábanas no transmitían la limpieza de otros sitios en los que he estado. El sofá básico de Ikea e incómodo y no había lugar adecuado para almacenar ropa si pretendes quedarte varios días. Es en definitiva un apartamento para salvarla, más para gente joven de juerga, cómo los otros apartamentos de al lado que realmente un alojamiento para una familia.
Todo perfecto.
