10.0The house is very comfortable. While it's not modern, but it has everything you need to have a great time. A lovely view of the canal. The host responded well at all times. Highly recommended for large families or group of friends. We'd love to come back.

Review Headline: Rental in Unacceptable Condition; House Full of Flies
1.0− Our stay was deeply disappointing, as the rental was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. There was no hot water. The water heater had a major leak, creating a mess in the utility room and obstructing safe access to the washer and dryer. We reported this issue on our first night after arrival. By the morning, we still had received no response, so we prompted again for assistance. The homeowner finally engaged and sent a handyman who replaced the water heater around 18 hours after the initial report. This required several hours of work inside the rental during our stay. While we understand unforeseen issues can arise, we expected hot water and privacy for the price we paid. Unfortunately, the hosts have not provided the modest refund that we requested, nor have they recognized our efforts in reporting the leak promptly, which likely saved them from extensive water damage. Adding insult to injury, the house was infested with flies — 30 or more — which was both unpleasant and unsanitary. While the beds were comfortable and the furniture functional, the decor was extremely plain. There was a pool table -- awesome -- but all pool cues were unusable, two completely broken and one missing a tip. Overall, the lack of hot water, maintenance issues, and inadequate response from the hosts made this rental a disappointing experience.
I had asthma attack due to a mold.
3.0− I had to leave day earlier because the place is full of mold. Owner never gave me back my deposit. I red the comments from other people that stay there and also they were complaining about not getting their deposit back.
