7.0Gostámos de tudo, a casa está bem equipada, não faltava nada.
− Infelizmente há uma coisa importante a melhorar, o corte das sebes do condomínio todo, é feito por uma única pessoa que andou 3 dias a fazer barulho com a motoserra. Isto transtornou bastante pelo facto de querermos ficar em casa a relaxar. O congelador não congelava em perfeitas condições.

3.0Apenas do espaço exterior
− Logo no segundo dia de estadia tivemos um problema com a água fria dos banhos, que não foi resolvido em toda a semana da nossa estadia. Mais tarde tb chegámos a casa e demos com o lavatório caido no chão. Não fui bem tratada como cliente, senti-me descriminada perante a funcionária que nos atendeu. Tentou sempre passar os problemas que surgiram para o colega da manutenção (que foi muito mais atencioso e ainda tentou resolver o que não lhe competia resolver). No final da estadia não quis assumir os erros que cometeu, alegando que não tinha tido conhecimento dos acontecimentos. A casa tem muita falta de manutenção e não está preparada para ser utilizada por 6 pessoas.
