Beautiful but problematic
8.0Beautiful location & home overlooking the rocks & changing sea. Kitchen was well supplied with ammenities. Furniture comfortable & plentiful. House set up excellent. Superb agent Sonya. With all the problems we had she sorted them all with grace & alacrity. Without her response we would've left the first night due to all the problems. Without the issues, this would've been an excellent stay as we loved the location & house set up & ammenities.
− The electricity to water pump & some power outlets kept going off. When we arrived there was no water so we thought we'd have to leave. Hubbie fixed it 4 or 5 times on the first night. Day 4, it just couldn't be fixed. Sonya thankfully sent an electrician who did, so we could stay. No wifi until hubbie with Sonya & great effort sorted it. Heater not working in main bedroom so room was too cold for me to sleep in it. Really really difficult to get outside cushions out of outside storeage box & to get them back in & close the lid & lock it again even harder. Not at all user friendly.
