− We have waited for a full hour for owner to arrive (on the sun). After no avail, we left. Owner contacted us only late in the evening… When asked to return money they blame Booking platform. Basically we’ve been charged full sum and haven’t been able to use the hotel. I didn’t think such places still exist.

8.0The host Alfred was amazing. He was the most kind host I have experienced. Very helpfull and even made a meal for me. The location is good, close to restaurants.
− If you want to book, make sure you get a room not on the front as the road is very noisy from 6am on.

Good stay.
7.0Location - walk 5min to bus stop to Legazpi, to food & restaurants. However, not much to see in area- have to take tuktuk to beach. Staff, Uncle Edwin was very nice and obliging. Good value for money.
− A hot water heater for bath would be nice.
