Great location. Good efficient fireplace

− Property felt dated, pans were warped, shower pressure wasn’t good, could be a lovely property but needs a bit of tlc. Dart board and table tennis were also a bit old - they worked but again need updating.

An Excellent Place to stay in Blakeney.

Excellent location - very close to the quayside and wonderful walks, good restaurants and pubs within short walking distance. The house had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay with 3 bedrooms all en-suite so no sharing of the bathrooms!!

− Although the housekeeper was very flexible with our stay which was very much appreciated, maybe in peak season the check in and check out times of 5:00pm and 10:00am respectively for a weekend stay could be a little restrictive.

Location excellent. Easy parking for three cars. Within a few minutes walk of two pubs and the Blakeney Hotel. Very large and comfortable lounge area.

− A TV in our bedroom would have been nice (other rooms had them)

The location was great but there I would recommend looking for a different property in Blakeney

The location of the property was great and the heating worked well.

− The mattresses are old, very soft and uncomfortable. They need replacing. The bed linen was very old and stained. It needs replacing. The towels were damp on arrival and we had to call the emergency helpline as one of the bathrooms flooded as the shower trap was completely blocked.

Spacious and comfortable with 3 ensuite bedrooms one of which was downstairs and had a bathroom suitable for someone with disabilities . Well equipped kitchen so we could cook for ourselves and , best of all, a wood burning stove
