The staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The location is excellent and amazingly quiet for the ones who love calmness and tranquility to wind down. Small markets, and bakery and restaurants are within your reach and culture park is within a walking distance.

− Nothing in particular, although to score 10, proactive everyday room cleaning will be the icing on the cake.

Polite person in the reception. Clean bathroom towels etc.

− Not enough utensils, we found a semi-dead cockroach in the room. Two people had to squeeze in a sofa bed.

The place was decent for the price, conveniently close to the subway, and not too far from the center. The apartment would benefit from minor renovation or refreshing.Very small kitchen. Its good for 1-2 nights

The location is good, easy to find. The room is small but still good for short stay. Staff is very nice help us to get lines for 4 people stay.

− There is no elevator for the 5th floor. room is small for 4 people, and the line are ready for three, but the staff was helping us to get what we need.
