8.0Excellent location & the house is charming. Clean well maintained pool. Very comfortable beds & plenty of space. Great communication with friendly, helpful host. We loved it! Check out the amazing Tunis tiled bathroom :)
− Facilities are basic (eg kitchen). No problem for us as we ate out. No internet so ensure you have data. But for this price a great value, comfortable stay.

10.0The property had a lot of space and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and his staff were incredibly helpful with arranging tours and helping when I was sick.
− This isn’t the property’s fault but there aren’t enough places to find food in Fayoum.
Very poor value for money
3.0Emad was very responsive. The pool is nice. The bed was comfortable.
− 1. No hot water. 2. The kitchen is dirty and 50 years old. 3. The bathroom for our room didn't have a door or a shower (the other bathroom had both). 4. The property's listing on Google maps is incorrect. 5. There is trash strewn about the property, such as lightbulbs in the fire pit. 6. The plastic chairs are ugly and uncomfortable. 7. The bathroom mirror was dirty and damaged.
