1.0Не понравилось отношение администрации к гостям. В подтверждении бронирования было указано время выезда с 12:00 до 13:00. Я вышел во двор всего на несколько минут, а когда вернулся в 12:20, сотрудники уже без моего согласия собирали мои личные вещи, хотя в номере оставались документы и ноутбук. Никто даже не попытался позвонить мне и уточнить ситуацию. Считаю такое отношение недопустимым и неуважительным к гостям.
