6.0Quiet area, we used the flat area round from the pool to relax and read. One person wasn't happy pool closed. We were as far from the pool as you could get, the flat gets little sun. If you can't sit near the pool remove the key from the ring. It's compact but clean and tidy.

Un apartamento a un paso del bullicio de Peñíscola pero con la paz de la Sierra de Irta .
10.0El apartamento ha superado ampliamente mis expectativas. La ubicación es privilegiada, con vistas al mar y al pie de la sierra de la Irta a la que puedes entrar nada más salir del portal. La terraza es una maravilla, con vistas al mar directamente y un aire que te da vida. La habitación tiene una cama super cómoda y las almohadas perfectas. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar, sin lujos pero confortable y acogedor. La pequeña dificultad del idioma se contrapone a la amabilidad del anfitrión que está muy pendiente de que todo este bien. Los conserjes, aunque tampoco dominan el castellano, son eficaces y amables. La pequeña piscina de la comunidad es un remanso de paz, bañarte viendo el mar rodeada de pinos ¡Una maravilla! El ambiente es relajado y el paseo hasta Peñíscola super bonito. Es como se ve en las fotos!!! Rodeado de pequeñas calas donde darse un baño es un lujo, En resumen, volveremos sin duda si tenemos oportunidad.
− Por decir algo, nada importante, el día de la entrada había en la mesa de la terraza un cenicero sin vaciar. Nada que suponga un problema y que se soluciono rápidamente.

9.0Peaceful, quiet location. Not far from the beach by car or by bus. You can only hope that there will be no noisy tourists in the neighboring apartments :) but that's the case anywhere, isn' it..
− In the future, construction work will likely take place on residential buildings under construction around. Good news :) you don't have a view of them from the apartment. The view from the apartment is very pleasant.
