Love all the amenities, perfect for families or a group of friends. Bbq, pool table, pool, two gully equipped kitchens, lots of beds and bathrooms. The location is great for visits to Carabalí, el Yunque, the beach.

The views were outstanding & the outside patio was the best hangout spot for my family of 9. Kids loved the pool & the hammocks were relaxing. Location was amazing, a/c was working well. Clean & plenty of towels. Loved the washer & dryer, dedicated a plus.

− The hot tub wasn’t working and NO COMMUNICATION with host. Our flight was delayed and we came in about 2:30am had to rent a car and when arriving to property needed for the host to open gate & we were there for about an hour trying to get them to buzz us in. I know that 3:30am is late but we did communicate about the time we were expecting to arrive & did not expect there to be an issue. My little ones were drained from traveling and we needed rest. Thank goodness they finally answered but my mood & frustration was already shot. We did have a few questions while there but we never got any response. Also, there is not a stove. It helped having 2 kitchens but a stove would have been great. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, woke up daily barely able to walk because of back pain from uncomfortable beds. Also all The rules before checking out were a little much, whats the point of paying cleaning fees if we are still responsible for cleaning up entirety of house. I’ve stayed in plenty of places and was not expected to clean up this way.

Gorgeous house, beautiful and convenient location. Quiet and tropical surroundings but just a quick drive to Luquillo and all the area beaches. Host was very responsive to our needs as two families traveling with toddlers. Would love to stay again!

− We could have used some dish towels;). The place was otherwise incredible!

It had 4 nice bedrooms. Nice views of the mountains. Enjoyable downstairs area with pool.

− Air conditioning was not on when I arrived. Gate code did not work. Not many explanations about gate beepers.
