10.0Very comfortable well appointed room with excellent shower. Breakfast was outstanding we were spoilt for choice. Lovely walk into Ross along the river. Very nice to sit in the peaceful garden looking across the river to Ross.

A beautiful stay with wonderful people
9.0The staff were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was perfect and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. They were also very accommodating of our dog, even giving him ice cubes to help him manage in the summer heat, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
− Our room on the top floor was very hot, however it was a heatwave and a fan was provided, so the staff really did try to make us more comfortable.
Great hosts, exceptional views and amazing breakfast
10.0The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful regarding places to visit in the area. The accommodation was lovely and well maintained. The location was beautiful overlooking the River Wye and you were able to enjoy the views from the hotel garden. Finally, the breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of options to choose from. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends without any hesitation.
