8.0Property was very clean and nice location. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to uncover a celebration and place festive gestures in the room. Very attentive to needs via WhatsApp.
− room description states the room has a refrigerator but it only has a minibar that is full with their drinks (no prices noted anywhere). so it can't be used for storing your own items. Also, no utensils for eating prepared or takeaway food in the room. didn't love that 2nd floor restaurant and bar guests weren't directed to use the front stairs as i was often in a packed elevator entering my private code to reach the hotel room floors.
