9.0This is a small house located just off the road away from towns and shops, surrounded by grape vines. The house is not pretty nor is it designed well for indoor outdoor living but it's homey, functional and the owners have continued to make improvements over the 3 times I have visited. It's not flash living but a place to stay in order to drive to other things that you might be interested in visiting in the King Valley. We really enjoyed it but you might be disappointed if you have come to actually enjoy the amenities of the house rather than what the surroundings have to offer.

8.0Great location, comfy bedrooms, great kitchen/dining/family area with great wood heater. Kitchen had ALL you needed. Water pressure and temp great. Great view over next door’s vineyard.
