The Bed was comfortable the airconditioning was good the shower was great The overall appartment is good but it had major issues

− The appartment smelt musty on arrival we found the vaccum was over full if the cleaner used it while over full it would not have cleaned properly and left the smell of being musty 2 breakfast bowls were chipped these were reported on reviews in 2024 along with the broken rubbish bin lid that still hadnt been replaced The shower recess had a missing rail and no shelf to store shampoo conditioner and shower wash the original dispenser type was missing but the tiles still had the fitting attached The grout in the tiles need a good clean The bathroom rubbish bin had not been emptied and when we emptied it - it had mould in the bottom the bathroom hand bassin had a hair clump in it The previous guest had left mouthwash on shelf The power to the stove and oven was off at the mains we eventually found this out after cooking dinner in the microwave and airfryer combo No instructions on how to get the childlock of on the stove top A lamp from bedroom was located in the kitchen probably from previous guest we left it there There were no garbage bags or dishwashing tablets left No lift & stairwell enterance dirty and smelly and a loose rail on stairwell front door step tiles broken and dangerous for entering at night This is a strata issue The clothes dryer is set high and controls hard to reach No vegetable peeler apparently its not on inventory also broken serving spoon 2 miss matched glasses but 7 wine glasses but no parties allowed The company did on day 3 of 4 supply a new rubbish bin a shelf for bathroom a vege peeler and serving spoon a room oil diffuser to clear smell some garbage bags and dishwasher tablets all too late for us to use And a lot of drama every day messaging bookings.com or serain appts NOT HAPPY JAN

good location

− Apartment clean and comfortable but the deck was filthy. A lot of the crockery was chipped. No tea or coffee was provided for arrival.

Key pick up and drop off was unacceptable
