A curates egg. Some good some bad, but with minimal effort could be so much better
6.0The bedding and towels were great. Close to underground
− The room was on the top floor, the windows were sealed so no chance of escape in the event of an emergency. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, as was the case with the air con remote control (although the air con could be operated on the unit). The rooms also need a wifi extender because the signal is wavering between non existent and absolutely useless. For most people quality wifi is essential

− The room’s window was next door to a noisy machine which turned on and off all night at 20 sec intervals making it impossible to sleep

8.0Very convenient for Queen Mary University where I was working for a couple of days. The man who welcomed me was efficient and enthusiastic and made me feel at home. Comfy bed and good shower
− I was delighted to see there was a window in the bedroom but then found it wouldn't open - it seemed permanently closed. It was hot in the room and so I put the air conditioning on but it just blew air at me and was most unpleasant. It would be great if the window could be opened even just a small amount to get some air into the room.
