Generally comfortable stay, with good food, but could improve their customer service

− Staff at reception were a bit off hand - eg the transport we ordered for the airport was late and they weren't bothered The room smelled smoky, but they said they didn't have another room They ran out of various foods for breakfast and dinner, limiting choices A long way from central town, but easy to get a tuk tuk
Apart from the drainage my stay was reasonably appreciated.
6.0My booking did not include breakfast. It could have been an oversight when I was booking.
− The bathroom was always flooded when used. The drainage was a problem.
