− La doccia è nella vasca ed entrambi sono inseriti in un sottoscala nel quale non è possibile stare eretti. Anche in ginocchio, al centro della vasca, una persona di 180cm urta il soffitto inclinato con la testa. Questo è pericoloso in ingresso ed uscita e richiede competenze da speleologi per non farsi male. Lo spazio per una riorganizzazione del bagno non manca. La soluzione scelta è pessima. La caldaia a gas nella stanza da letto è inquietante anche se sembra non attiva. L'appartamento necessita di riverniciatura specialmente in cucina vicino alle finestre.
