9.0It was personal and the staff really wanted to make sure you had a good stay. There was a nice touch with some homemade sweet treats and mini port bottle as a welcome gift
− I woke during the night because of an overhead crunching which sounded like it was from within the air conditioning vents. I turned off the air conditioning but it continued. No idea what it was but managed to get back to sleep with it only happening a couple more times.
