Una estancia muy agradable pero con algunos inconvenientes

Bonita decoración, bien equipado, muy cerca de la cala, piscina limpia y entorno cuidado. Aparcamiento propio que, dada la zona, es muy necesario. Personal de la agencia encargada del alquiler contesta con rapidez.

− Sábanas ásperas. Falta aire acondicionado en el salón. Jardín peligroso para niños pequeños: mucha escalera e imposibilidad de bloquear el paso. Si vas con mascotas, no puedes dejarlos sueltos por el jardín porque no hay verjas y pueden acabar en la carretera. Esto debería avisarse al ser un alojamiento que admite mascotas y tendría fácil solución. La habitación situada en la planta baja tiene techos muy bajos y es algo oscura. Las luces de la piscina estaban fundidas y no se arreglaron. Echamos en falta que nos informaran sobre cuándo venían los encargados del mantenimiento de la piscina porque entran sin avisar.

Nice and clean house with walking distance to the beach and a nice restaurant. Tasteful furniture which I appreciate a lot. Comfortable sofa's and chairs.

− The sun do not reach the property or the house during winter months. We visited end of October and we had no sun at all on the terrace outside the kitchen. Around the pool there were a few hours of sun on one side of the pool only. Not to be able to enjoy the sun was a big downside. We would not have booked this house if we had been informed about this. The house is situated on the north side of a hill.

Prachtige sfeervolle vila

De villa is prachtig. Het is heel sfeervol ingericht, en het uitzicht vanaf het terras op zee is fantastisch. Wij waren met ons dochtertje van 1,5 jaar en waren blij dat de toegang tot het gedeelte met zwembad met een hekje afgesloten was. Opa en oma waren ook mee en sliepen beneden in de kamer met aparte opgang, dat was voor hun fijn. De verhuurpartij was goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Op tien minuten lopen ligt een kiezelstrand met een erg leuke strandtent. Het is een steile terugweg, maar je kan er ook met de auto heen.

− Een verbeterpunt voor het appartement beneden is dat het geen rolluik heeft om het helemaal donker te kunnen maken, boven is dat wel. En een staafmixer in de keuken was fijn geweest. Maar we hebben echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

An amazing vila, located very close to Cala Portixol and 12 min driving to Playa Arenal. The vila was imaculate when we arrived with stunning views and all the amenities you need.... a very good quality gas bbq, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floaties, etc. Our son enjoyed the apartment downstairs, completely independent and cool. The carport is right next to the and it's always in the shade, so fantastic spot for our car. We will book again.

− We liked everything, however, for older people who have trouble going up and down the stairs accessing the property may be a bit difficult.

Un acierto total para una semana de relax en Jávea

La ubicación está fenomenal, a un paso de la cala Portitxol. La casa es muy bonita, los colchones y almohadas muy cómodos y tener piscina privada pues es un lujo.

− La limpieza al llegar podría haber sido mejor, también nos encontramos varias cosas rotas que nos obligó a documentarlo todo y enviarlo al anfitrión porque nos habían cobrado una fianza. Tampoco había varias cosas básicas de uso diario como manteles, papel higiénico o bolsas de basura. Los cubos de basura también están lejísimos de la propiedad y te obligan a sacarlos todos tú mismo o te cobrarán un fee, la única solución que te dan es llevar las bolsas en tu coche hasta los contenedores.
