The location is fantastic, right near the beach with stunning harbour views and comes with a parking space which is very helpful indeed.

− No air con - but the weather during our stay was exceptionally hot so in ‘normal conditions ‘ probably not an issue

Perfect view from a lovely wide balcony. Comfortable bed. Everything supplied inside that anyone would need and owner easily accessible for any queries.

− The only very slight drawback is being above the Tesco Express which is very busy. Having said that, it does have its advantages too, when you are staying in self catering accommodation.

Great accommodation, perfect location, amazing views, shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Hosts were fabulous. Fantastic balcony area. Beautiful sunset views over the bay. Home from home ♥️

− Everything was fabulous.. No negatives. Possibly some oven gloves needed for the kitchen... But not a negative thing for us ♥️

Superb sunset views of Poole Harbour from the couch!

Location is superb if you want easy access to the beach. Lots of interest points and hikes along the SW coast path are in close proximity. Bus stop out front for Breezer buses to Swanage/ Bournemouth etc. Access to the Tesco Express underneath was very handy. Parking is a great feature. Sunrise/sunset views over the harbour were exceptional. Sally was super lovely, and very responsive to any of my questions during the stay. A super host! Thank you so much ♡

− No faults- it was exactly as described and a well equipped flat. Would have liked a washing machine only for personal convenience due to the length of my stay

Lovely apartment, clean and comfy with a lovely accomodating host😁

− Only the location. You have to get a bus or taxi to most restaurants. There are only a handful of not so cheap places to eat within walking distance esp with a child in tow😕. It's a socially quiet place, so if you're into going to pubs for drinks, perhaps this location isn't for you and the road outside is noisy, but I couldn't fault the apartment. The balcony is amazing with beautiful views of the sunrise. The only other downside ( again not Sally's fault) is the beach outside is very, very small, really a windsurfers beach, so you either have a long walk or bus ride /taxi to get to the main beach- which iis beautiful!
