Absolutely perfect 😊
10.0Everything 😊 perfect little lodge with everything I needed and more! Fresh pastries , yoghurt, jam, butter, cereal, pancakes, crumpets, milk, fruit and welcome drink. Warm, clean and cosy good WiFi and private enclosed garden. Really good value and lovely and quiet. The host was super lovely really nice welcoming.
Perfect Cosy Getaway
10.0Wonderfully laid out and equipped. Very secluded and feels like you could be anywhere. Hosts were brilliant and had an amazing meal at the Boyne Arms. Lovely extras for breakfast and a welcome drink. Hot tub again didn’t disappoint. Would definitely return again - perfect outdoorsy get away! Thank you!

10.0The lodge is in a lovely peaceful private spot in it's own fenced in garden. It's obviously well cleaned between lets as we both have pet allergies but didn't have as much as a sniffle during our stay. It's not massive for sure, but is plenty big enough for two people and we thought was reasonably well equipped. There is now a normal sized fridge as well as a small bottle fridge. Michelle is very responsive to any queries you may have. It has a hot tub in the garden which we didn't use but is available if requested. There is ample private parking at the side of the Old School House. We booked into the Boyne Arms for dinner (2 mins walk) on the Saturday & Sunday lunch - both meals were excellent - special mention to the homemade lasagne & "proper" chips! Service was also first rate and very friendly. I had a few pints of the Ludlow Gold which was on hand-pull together with HPA and can report it was top notch - very well kept. My wife reported that the Sauvignon Blanc was also very good. Good sized charming beer garden with plenty of seating, pods and kids area. The village is also a great starting point (straight over the road from the Old Schoolhouse) for a walk up Brown Clee Hill with spectacular views from the summit - highly recommend this. We would not hesitate to stay in Burwarton at the School Lodge again.
