Bang on the waterfront, though the rooms do not have a significant view of the harbour, the property is adjoining the public promenade and is absolutely brilliant for morning runs, walks and evening strolls. Being right next to the Vivanta Taj helps in a high security. the neighbourhood is alive well into the evening unlike other places in Cochin and is very easy to access by auto and uber. The staff was sweet and supportive. the AC was really good
− Room was relatively small but fully equipped. The kettle in the room was not useful because the coffee was really low grade, you get such nice coffee and tea in todays day. Complimentary bottled water was unbranded so bought my own. Bathroom was a little slimy but manageable.
