10.0Easy access, beautiful old home, our room was lovely, comfortable, large, and clean, restaurants close by, nice neighborhood near Brown University.

10.0Property was absolutely gorgeous, from the garden out the front to the living room/lobby, and the room. The beds were comfy, spacious bathroom and ours had a tub in it even. We had a fridge, microwave, toaster, and a seemingly new coffee maker. Oh and mugs and spoons, really fit the new england vibe. We also had our luggage stored.
− We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance but not to the hotels fault. They sent out instructions for entering but it didn’t show up in my email, so remember to check the booking app

10.0this house is absolutely beautiful. we arrived after 10pm..instructions were clear and precise...absolute aafety was in mind..lockbox and code...unfortunately we had too leave upon sunrise. but what i saw of porch and grounds absolutely beautiful. cant wait for another visit!
