10.0When we checked in and out the lady was absolutely lovely and couldnt do more to help us. We stayed in a mobile home and it was very comfortable, clean and very peaceful and quiet. Everybody on site was friendly. Lovely location by a canal. We had a lovely stay and will be back.
− Would be nice if there was a shop/supermarket on site or within walking distance.

10.0Ausstattung, war perfekt. Allerdings wären Bettbezüge schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns super sicher gefühlt, keine Angst vor Diebstahl oder Einbruch, wenn wir unterwegs waren. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Tolles Personal in der Rezeption, freundlich, fröhlich, hilfsbereit. Supersaubere Sanitäranlagen. Toller Pool für Kinder.
− Schlechte Wärmeisolierung im Dach. 36°C im Chalet, wenn man nach dem Tagesausflug ankam. Ein Vordach, dass die Sonne abhält, direkt ins Chalet rein zu scheinen, wäre gut. Staubsaugerrohr war irgendwie kaputt und viel ganz leicht ab. Ein paar Ersatzmüllbeutel haben uns gefehlt. Minigolfplatz ist ziemlich ungepflegt. Aber, das sind Kleinigkeiten, die dem Spaß nicht wirklich geschadet haben.
