tolle Lage auf dem Bergkamm, Pool und Terrasse lade zum Entspannen ein, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

− Checkin erfolgt über Drittanbieter in UK, welcher als Agentur für den Besitzer tätig ist. Das Formular auf der Website fragt nach sensiblen Daten wie Passnummer etc. und der Websiteanbieter ist wiederum ein Externer kommerzieller Betreiber. Datenschutz ? Was passiert mit solchen sensiblen Daten ? Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus ist nur mit geländefähigem Auto zu meistern, wenn man sich nicht seinen Unterboden vom z.B. VW Golf aufreißen möchte oder sich in manchen ausgespülten Regenspurrillen festfahren will,. Auf der Insel waren Wartungsarbeiten vom Stromnetzbetreiber anstehend und der Fährhafen samt Cafe wußte Bescheid, dass in der Zeit von 08:00-16:00 der Strom abgeschaltet wird. Der Ferienhausanbieter hat mir dazu nichts im Vorfeld gesagt. Auf spätere Rückfrage hieß es, er sei nicht informiert. Das ist nicht wahr, denn der Stromnetzbetreiber informiert Dorf für Dorf einen Tag zuvor, dass am kommenden Tag der Strom abgeschaltet wird, so haben es mir auch die Einheimischen gesagt. Hier macht sich die Agentur in UK bemerkbar, die von lokalen Ereignissen nichts mitbekommt und weit weg sitzt. Ich habe mir folglich beim Abstellen von meinem Fahrzeug gedacht, wenn morgen erneut der Strom ausfällt, dann lässt du das elektrische Tor von der Einfahrt abends besser offen um nicht gefangen zu sein, wenn der Strom ausfällt. Genau das passierte am nächsten Morgen. Kein Wasser, kein Herd oder Kaffeemaschine und eben kein Betrieb von dem elektrischen Tor. Auf Rückfrage beim Anbieter wurde mir anfangs mitgeteilt, man wüßte nichts von einem Stromausfall im Ort. Später hat man dass dann eingestanden. Eine Entschädigung wurde kategorisch abgelehnt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Booking.com hat das Fehlverhalten von der Unterkunft erkannt und mir eine Entschädigung gutgeschrieben.

The location was supreme if you want to be in a rural out of the way location with amazing view over the hills and down the valley. We did! The pool was great. The rustic ambience of the place worked for us. The bed was comfy and the air con in the room made it comfortable if it got too hot. A great place to relax. About 10 mins drive to nearest taverna and beach. We would definitely want to return again but the issues listed below do require some attention.

− There were a number of issues to be aware of: - the access track off the road if you followed the sat nav location on google maps was not good. The track was really not in a good shape. Another review said you needed a jeep. We agree. We avoided it after trying it once in our small car and came up the track to the cottage from the south - longer but much easier to drive on. - we were surprised that the bed was not made up on arrival, although sheets left in the cupboard. the inside of the cottage had not been swept properly, and certainly not mopped. Also a rack from the oven had been left out still dirty just in soak on the side with cold water in it. The bedroom wardroom mirror was smudged and had not been cleaned. Cobwebs inside the property. - the bedroom cupboard rail was not secure to hang clothes and so we had to temporarily fix it. - there was no clean towels, bed linen or rubbish removal service from the cottage all week. Other reviews mentioned staff were helpful. We did not see anyone except the gardener and pool maintenance guys. - the outside patio area was not swept, and one if the four pool sun lounger chairs was broken. - as per other reviews the bathroom floor gets flooded when using the shower. - there were some wires exposed on the kettle handle. - the TV didn’t work- not that this was a problem for us. We worked around these issues as we really liked the place, but felt we shouldn’t have had to.

Maison isolée avec vue

L’emplacement est magnifique et très sauvage perdu au milieu de rien. Si vous aimez la solitude, vous avez le bon plan. Le coin piscine est très joli la piscine plus petite que sur la photo, mais très agréable et la vue superbe. Gîte sympa pour déconnecter et se ressourcer. L’accès se fait par une piste, c’est faisable sans aucun problème, sauf sur une partie qu’il faut éviter quand on repart du gîte en descente.

− La salle de bain est absolument trop petite, c’est indiqué dans de nombreux commentaires, c’est vraiment le cas. L’eau de la douche gicle et inonde la salle de bain, elle nécessiterait une rénovation afin que ce soit confortable et convenable. C’est vraiment un gros point négatif! La maison est confortable, mais la déco est vieillotte ainsi que la table de la cuisine et les chaises qui sont vraiment très abîmées et sur le balcon tout est vieillot. Au début cela peu gêner puis on s’habitue ! D’où le faite qu’il n’y a pas un très bon rapport qualité prix. La Maison semble beaucoup plus grande sur les photos, ce qui ne n’est pas le cas en réalité. Nous étions seulement deux dans cette maison, mais nous ne voyons pas comment c’est possible à quatre.! Le jardin n’est vraiment pas entretenu, cela aurait vraiment mérité un désherbage afin que ce soit plus accueillant. Attention il n’y a pas de serviettes de piscine fournis, j’ai demandé à ce que l’on puisse nous en fournir et on m’a dit que c’était pas compris, ce qui était effectivement le cas, mais nous aurions apprécié qu’on nous apporte des serviettes de bain supplémentaires, né les ayant pas prévus dans nos bagages. Il y a également ni gel douche ni shampooing pensez à emmener les votres.

Ramybė. Privatumas. Labai patogi ir didelė lauko erdvė. Vaizdas vertas milijono!

− Maža dušo/wc patalpa. Ką galima patvarkyti - kad vanduo iš dušo nebėgtų į išorę link wc, reikia tik bortelio papildomo. Dušo galvutė taip pat nekokybiška, jau praleidžianti vandenį... Būtina atidžiau atlikti piežiūrą, nes neprižiūrint kaip savo (vilą prižiūri samdomi darbuotojai, turbūt), greitai nusidėvės ir taps nepatogumais klientams... (pvz. Lauko stalas vieno varžto neturėjo, dėl ko klibėjo). To pastebėti nebūnant gyvai, nepridedant širdies - neįmanoma). Tad nenuleiskite taip greit kokybės kartelės, nes vila ir vieta tikrai nuostabi! 🙂

− Faptul ca am fost deranjati in timpul cinei in ultima noapte de cazare de doi baieti care nu s-au lasat pana nu au intrat pe proprietate pentru a face lucrari de mentenanta la piscina, ceea ce ne-a deranjat foarte tare ! Am incercat sa discutam telefonic cu persoana de legatura pentru a putea evita deranjul si situatia neplacuta, dar degeaba ! Drumul de acces la proprietate este destul de lung si foarte deteriorat, va veti zgaria masina in buruienile de pe margine ! Ca si sfat : invatati sa va respectati clientii pe viitor ! Din pacate pe noi nu ne-ati respectat !
