Wenig einladende Unterkunft in guter Lage
5.0Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, unsere Anfragen nach zusätzlicher Bettdecke und Tisch für draußen zu erfüllen; er hat auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Bett war recht bequem. Vor Ort gab es eine Kaffeemaschine mit einigen Kaffeepads. Die Lage war ideal - man konnte zu Fuß zum kostenlosen Seebadeplatz laufen (ca. 10-15 Min) und war auch schnell im Zentrum und im Einkaufszentrum.
− Wir haben uns trotz der Bemühungen des Gastgebers in der Unterkunft nicht wohlgefühlt und haben auch vermieden dort zu sein. Leider gab es einen recht unangenehmen, fast modrigen Geruch in den Räumen. Der Küchen-/Wohnbereich war sehr ungemütlich. Weder die Stühle noch die Couch waren wirklich bequem Es gab an Geschirr nichts, was zusammen gepasst hätte (bis auf die Kaffeetassen), es war also sehr zusammengestückelt (und alt). Ungünstig war auch, dass sich - zumindest als wir da waren - im Innenhof (hier war auch das Fenster vom Schlafzimmer) viele Hunde ab morgens aufhielten, wovon einer fast dauerhaft kläffte.

9.0The location was perfectly situation within walking distance of the lake, piazza and a good shopping mall for food and small items needed. The apartment was comfortable and snug, with a very good bed, bathroom and great water pressure.
− I better seating area would have been helpful. The couch was not comfortable and we found ourselves sitting at the kitchen table at the end of the day to relax.
