3.0The house is quite spacious.
− I have never been in such a cold house in my life -- this house can not retain heat at all. Not every sleeping room has AC. The bed clothing provided was not nearly enough. Two heaters were provided, one of them pretty much useless in such a cold house (1500W) and the other one was broken. There is a fireplace that we wanted to use but the host did not allow us. During the day, we were literally hanging out in the living room and walking through the house using our bed clothing as blankets... We were a group of 9, and two of us got badly sick. I am sure this house is great in the Summer, but this is not the house you rent for new year's -- it was an awful experience.

8.0Location close to beach, bars and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and very spacious and well equipped.
− First impressions were poor. Streets badly kept and seemed run down. The house too needs some care , paint and maintenance outside and some also inside. Basement was damp and part of bannister on stair was missing with upright being a safety hazard. However on balance a nice house. Finally, the pool table advertised had been removed
