Outstanding comfortable and well equipped property, perfectly located in PdC.

This duplex was superb, it had everything needed to make us comfortable. All equipment worked well with full instructions provided. The balcony was a sun trap and had a great BBQ. Our host, Viviana, was super accommodating and provided us with a nice extra free of charge. We had a small problem with the electric at one point but she had it sorted within an hour! There is a small supermarket 2 mins from the property for essentials, a bigger supermarket 5 mins away (lots of steps though) and there is a large Lidl 20 mins walk away. The main strip is 3 mins away via steps or a steep hill but most of Puerto del Carmen is hilly so not much you can do about that but, the plus side of this is that you can work off all the cheap wine, beer and food!

− The complex in which the duplex is situated is a bit run down. The pool area was disappointing, only ten sun loungers, no parasols and the pool itself needs a bit of work.

Absolutely everything was amazing!! The house, the location and the people of Lanzarote. Viviana, was the most accommodating and helpful host. I would highly recommend staying at this property. I will certainly book to stay here again. 5*

It was spot on for a family of four. The kitchen was equipped to cook anything we needed. The terrace was big enough to eat outside or just lie in the sunshine ☀️ The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. It’s super close to the strip and beach, the pool was quiet and fun!

− Not a negative more something that I hadn’t realised- the bedrooms only natural light is from the large ceiling window/ sliding roof so when it was closed due to rain they felt a bit dark.

Super zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der schöne Strand liegt direkt daneben. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat, ist sehr angenehm und praktisch! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen☺️

− Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment with seaview and a perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Great service and communication. We had an amazing time staying here in Lanzarote. Highly recommend!
