9.0It's a decent hotel in a good location in Gachibowli. You will get everything nearby , walking distance from the main road , lots of restaurant nearby and near to AMB mall . The breakfast spread was good .

− 1. We had a booking for 2 people. However whenever the room service would clean the room they would keep only 1 towel. Despite reminding them multiple times they would do the same. 2. For the price there was no refrigerator. 3. For the price the room was too small. 4. The complementary breakfast provided is very poor. They would not turn the AC on and expect the guests to eat breakfast without fan / AC. Very limited options. Bread is always dry. No butter provided. No tap water kept ready at the table. If water was asked the waiter would bring a 500 ml bottle and the restaurant owner will later tell that the bottle is chargeable that too 30 Rs for 500 ml bottle. 5. The room after cleaning would not look much different. They seem to be using the same bed sheets. 6. The water bottle provided by the hotel was given only on the first day, for the next days until checkin no bottle was given.
