No airconditioning or fridge which was promised and no compensation given.
1.0Good location. Clean room.
− Room would have been fine if a fan was offered but the advertised airconditioning was absent and fridge broken so our products from coolbox got spoiled and it was hotter than camping in a tent. I mentioned it next morning but receptionist did not understand. Booking.com was not able to get an agreement so no compensation at all was offered by the hotel therefore this low rating.

− Das Reinigen der Zimmer hätte etwas intensiver stattfinden können, im Bad findet man teilweise Haare oder in den Schränken eine leere Pfandflasche vom Vorgänger.
Optimale Unterkunft.
