Sobre todo las vistas y la comodidad de tener todos los servicios a mano. A pesar de estar rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterías es una zona muy tranquila. La atención con el arrendador ha sido excelente, muy comprensivo y educado.

− Todo fue de nuestro agrado. Quizás le falta la posibilidad de elegir almohada.

Molto accogliente, curato e con vista sul mare per godersi spettacolari tramonti. Perfetto per 2 coppie.

È un bellissimo appartamento, arredato con gusto, la baia Flaminia è piena di ristoranti e di vita, tra cui una squisita gelateria, quindi la sera c'è poco parcheggio ma in qualche modo si risolve. È vicinissimo alle spiagge, dove l'acqua è bassa e ideale per famiglie. La vista dal balcone è stupenda dato che l'appartamento è un piano molto alto, e con il tavolo fuori si fanno belle cene. Dotato di stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro, nonché aspirapolvere e tutto il materiale per le pulizie.

− Un paio di dettagli su cui c'è da migliorare li ho condivisi direttamente con il gestore, motivo per cui non sto neanche a citarli, certa che una persona così gentile e disponibile li sistemerà immancabilmente. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale non è molto comodo perché abbastanza duro, e abbiamo avuto mal di schiena entrambi. Tutto il resto è da sogno.

We spent a week in this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. It was perfectly equipped for a comfortable family stay. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to an iron, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and even thoughtful extras that made us feel welcomed right away. There were coffee capsules for the machine, bottles of water, cookies, and even cleaning and laundry products already available — a small but lovely touch that made settling in so easy. Everything we might have needed during the first few days was already there, so we felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Despite the 35°C heat outside, we were always comfortable thanks to efficient air conditioning in every room. Both we and our children slept peacefully and truly relaxed. The location is perfect — just a two-minute walk to the sea. The area is quiet, with excellent sound insulation, so mornings and evenings were especially peaceful. Parking was never a serious problem. Even on weekends, when the area was busier, we always managed to find a spot nearby without too much trouble. Everything was arranged with great care and attention to detail. The apartment offered not only convenience, but also a genuine sense of comfort and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
