3.0Parking in the yard. Other than that, no real big positives to bring out.
− The whole experience was quite a disappointment. They spoke absolutely zero English. Despite booking and paying for it, they were not expecting us when we arrived and didn't understand why are we there - a big problem as they spoke only Italian. Eventually they did prepare the room, though. Hot water disappeared when one of us was taking the shower. They fixed it afterwards. The room is a tiny back room with separate entrance and bathroom in their house where they live. We almost did not get to enjoy the pool area, the advertised reason we chose this property, as suddenly about 15-20 teenage schoolchildren arrived (probably friends of the owner's kid), took the whole yard over and essentially forced us out of there. They didn't order us to leave, but we also did not book for a class trip with teenagers and we obviously did not feel comfortable there, so we left. We wanted specifically to relax at the pool and would not have chosen this place knowing that we can't do it. Location is next to a busy road on the border of the town. It is difficult to find it because map apps do not direct to the right place. The town itself is small and nothing to see there.

9.0Bel posto molto rilassante e accogliente. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per le principali attrazioni turistiche. La piscina è tenuta con cura e lo staff è molto cordiale e gentile.
Tutto sommato molto apprezzato, ma la questione barbecue è da rivedere!
8.0Ottima posizione, ottima cura della villa
− Se pur non ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, il barbecue e la piscina sono segnati tra i servizi agli ospiti ma il giorno di Ferragosto, must per grigliate, ci è stato negato per una festa privata. Ringrazio vivamente per il cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno, ma avrei ancor più apprezzato un preavviso iniziale della pulizia della stanza (non ci aspettavamo che entrassero in camera tutte le mattine)
