10.0Das Appartement befindet sich in einer gut in Stand gehaltenen Wohnanlage zwischen Palolem und Patnem (beides fußläufig erreichbar). Das Grundstück ist schön begrünt und liegt ca. 50 Meter von der Straße entfernt und in die andere Richtung befindet sich ein Ausblick ins Grüne, so dass es schön ruhig ist. Der Pool war sauber und nicht sehr tief - also auch gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Das Appartment selbst entsprach genau den Bildern, war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und hatte bis hin zur Waschmaschine alles, was man für einen entspannten und kommfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Kurz nach dem einchecken wurden wir von Rohit herzlich begrüßt und mit einem Obstkorb wilkommen gehießen und er beantwortete uns ausführlich alle Fragen die uns noch auf der Zunge lagen (z.B. zu der Möglichkeit eine in der Nähe wohnende Bekannte bei uns übernachten lassen zu dürfen - war gar kein Problem). Was für Rohit gilt, gilt ebenso für jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter der Anlage (+Kushi - dem energiegeladenen ClownsHund😘). Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Palolem hoffen wir, dass das Appartment nicht schon belegt ist, da wir liebend gerne wieder kommen würden.

9.0Walking distance between palolem and patnem. Host is so kind to organize taxi, motorbike rental, etc. Good working AC. Spacious.

10.0location is very nearby to beach.Specially the host is very responsive and helpful guy he helped me to get rental scooty and very decent guy.Stayed there for 5 days i would rate 10/10.
Stayed 9 nights and coulda stayed longer
9.0Great little apartment walking distance to beach and restaurants. We loved the jungle outside. Fridge and washing machine was great. Host was always quick to respond if we needed anything.
− Luxury isn’t the word i would use. Pool area needs some work, didn’t stop us though.
