It's like a low security prison
5.0The size of the room and its cleanliness. The shower and hot water were a nice change from most places I stay in the Philippines. A nice building, somewhat overstaffed.
− The prison-like atmosphere, with a high fenced-in lockable surrounding, with too many unarmed (mentally), then giving them paperwork to try and occupy some of their work time!! Nothing like a gated community! Also, the expectation that tenants (temporary or permanent) give their room number when going in/out meant nothing, but a sense of purpose to these guards!! The current fenced-in arrangement is more like that of a low-security prison. The cheap bench (so flimsy, almost falling over) with uncomfortable high chairs in the kitchenette instead of a small, sturdy square table and chairs.
