AQUECIMENTO DEFICIENTE - FRACA RELAÇÃO PREÇO/QUALIDADE
4.0A casa está bem localizada, no centro de Castro Laboreiro e está bastante bem equipada, nada faltando na cozinha. Por outro lado tivemos sempre lenha para a lareira à nossa disposição e água quente para os banhos.
− A casa acusa algum desgaste e necessita uma remodelação (por exemplo, casa de banho não tem ventilação, dificuldade da sanita para engolir o papel higiénico, torneira a pingar). Mas o maior problema é que a casa não está preparada para receber hóspedes de inverno. Os aquecedores existentes não são suficientes e a única forma de manter a casa aquecida é estar continuamente a alimentar a lareira, o que não é possível quando saímos e durante a noite. Na sala, a temperatura de manhã estava entre os 12 e os 14 graus. Para além disso, quando chagámos a casa estava gelada. O preço pago por noite exigia mais conforto.
Ruhige Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung.
9.0Ruhige Lage. Großes Haus mit viel Platz, 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Küche mit Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Große Terasse mit schöner Sicht auf die Berge. Zwar vieles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Ort mit Restaurant, Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt zu Fuß nicht weit. Schöne Wanderungen in naher Umgebung.
