6.0Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit hohen Decken, großem Balkon und viel Potenzial.
− Leider waren insbesondere die Küchenutensilien nicht besonders sauber. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte etwas Pflege.

7.0Die Lage ist super, man ist ruckzuck in der Stadt und im Kurpark, kann alles zu Fuß machen. Ein Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung, das war sehr comfortabel. Man ist erstaunt, was für eine hübsche Wohnung sich hinter dem hässlichen Treppenhaus verbirgt. Großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles und jedes ist beschriftet (mit Anzahl), so findet man sich gut zurecht. Es gibt allgemein viele Hinweisschilder, so dass es kein Vertun gibt, was man wie machen und was man unterlassen soll, um keine Strafe zu riskieren. Die Betten waren gut, die Dusche eigenwillig, alles war überwiegend sauber. Als hätte man keine Gäste erwartet, war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt, überall Spinnweben und Schmutz, aber man konnte trotzdem schön draußen sitzen mit Ausblick auf ein kunterbuntes und sehr originelles Hinterhof- Ambiente. Auch wenn die Vermieter auf meine E-Mails nicht reagierten, bekam ich doch eine große Anzahl automatischer E-Mails mit Hinweisen auf Check-in, Check-out, Kurtaxe usw. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen.
