We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming and stylish decorated Sancreed House, rich in art and history, with its beautiful, manicured gardens, a lovely pool house and the delicious breakfasts prepared and served by the friendly owners themselves. An oasis of calmness to relax in the heart of West Cornwall. Thanks to Pablo and Grove for making our stay simply wonderful.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt im Sancreed House. Die Gastgeber waren reizend und stets darum bemüht auf die Bedürfnisse des Gastes einzugehen. Es war alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit super Tipps in der Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

There are so many reasons why Sancreed House can legitimately call itself a retreat!

We loved absolutely everything! Sancreed House isn't called a 'retreat' for nothing! Our whole 4 day experience was relaxing, restful, and refreshing. The owners, Grove & and Pablo, are both amazing people! They have managed to create an environment that takes the very best care if everyone and their individual needs, and they achieve this beautifully without a heavy or overly obvious presence. If you need them or have a question, you can message them and get an immediate response. Their ability to know what you need before you need it is almost uncanny! Although I am sure it has much more to do with the fact that they are both exceptional at their jobs and pay hugely detailed attention to their clearly defined roles in the venture. Pablo's understanding and natural flair in the kitchen are awesome. This also extends far beyond superb and thoughtful culinary skills, which he undoubtedly brings to the cuisine he applies to the magnificent and extensive breakfast choices, as his understanding and care around food allergies is second to none. We have rarely enjoyed such lovely and uncomplicated meals together due to gluten intolerance, which was afforded to us via the choices on the impressive breakfast menu. There was no need to worry or be anxious about the chef's understanding of this, and we were able to just relax and eat together and share wonderful food. Pablo clearly spends a lot of time and puts in massive effort to source lovely ingredients with which to make and bake the divine offerings brought to the breakfast and afternoon tea tables every day! We also sampled one of the lovely supper platters, which I'd also highly recommend. We enjoyed this on a warm, sunny evening after a swim, sauna and a massage. Next, but equally impressively, is the other half of this wonderful partnership, thehospitable Grove, for whom nothing is too much trouble!

Einfach alles, das ganze Haus ist unfassbar gepflegt, hochwertig und liebevoll eigerichtet. Es wird hier viel Wert auf eine Kombination aus Tradition und Modernität gelegt. Dieses B&B ist ein 5 Sterne-Hotel, dass klein und perfekt geführt wird. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Beide haben die Welt bereist und bringen dieses Wissen mit in Ihr B&B. Die Zimmer sind auf dem technisch aller neuesten Stand und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne die DNA des Hauses, das ja nun mal einen historsichen Hintergrund hat, zu verletzen. Beide Gastgegeber geben einem das Gefühl, dass sie nur auf uns gewartet haben und sind jeden Tag mit viel Begeisterung bei der Arbeit. Man kann hier Spa-Anwendungen buchen, kleine Abendessen mit regionalen Produkten können ebenfalls gebucht werden ( diese werden liebevoll zubereitet und sind fantastisch und sehr empfehlenswert). Jeden Tag werden neue Kuchen kreiert und zum Afternoon-Tea gereicht. Was die Beiden, Pablo und Grove, dort geschaffen haben ist wirklich einen Besuch wert. Wir sind uns sehr sicher, wir kommen wieder.

Ein neues, gepflegtes, wunderschönes, landestypisches kleines B&B. Sehr nette Besitzer, die sich viel Mühe geben. Super Bett. Und sehr liebevoll dekoriert.
