1.0− El mal servicio de la señora de la recepción, pues ni esposa llego y la atención y la actitud de ella fue muy mala, yo especifique todo por mensaje a qué horas llegaba mi esposa y que necesitaba, pero la atención de la señora fue muy prepotente y muy mala atención. El sector del hotel queda por una avenida y mucho ruido
