9.0A clean spacious apartment in the ground floor with a large garden and a parking place, very nicely situated in Raanana.

10.0הגענו אני ומשפחתי בחול המועד סוכות האחרון, חייב לציין את מייקל המארח לטובה, ענה על כל צרכנו. בנוסף הדירה מרווחת ומזמינה, בהחלט אשוב לשם פעמים נוספות!

Très mauvaise expérience. Déçu de la position de Booking qui ne prend pas ses responsabilts.
1.0− L'annonce faisait mention de 3 chambres et d'un canapé lit dans la salon quand nous avons réservé. A notre arrivée, l'appartement ne comprenait que 2 chambres et d'un simple canapé dans le salon et d'un matelas posé à même le sol dans le couloir ? L'annonce était clairement trompeuse. Nous avons du quitté l'appartement avec ma Femme et mes 4 enfants sous 24h alors que nous avions réservé pour 14 nuits. Nous avons à ce stade perdu 6208 €. Très mauvaise expérience que nous n'oublierons pas. Enfin, nous avons porté à votre connaissance tous ces points avec preuve à l'appui. L'indemnisation que vous nous avez proposée n'est clairement pas au niveau attendu. Nous allons engager une procédure au niveau du Centre Européen des Consommateurs (CEC France) et j’envisagerai d’autres recours juridiques, y compris la procédure européenne de règlement des petits litiges. Enfin, si nous ne trouvons un arrangement à l'amiable et satisfaisant nous nous ferons entendre sur tous nos réseaux sociaux et ceux de tout notre entourage.

9.0דירה נהדרת, מרווחת עם חצר נחמדה 2 חדרי שינה עם טלויזיה, מאוורר תקרה ומזגן. סלון רחב ומטבח מאובזר. ממוזג היטב, יש ממד ( חשוב בימים הללו) יש בריכה במתחם שמרגישים בה כמעט לבד, לא המונית. מייקל המארח היה מעל ומעבר, דאג לכל בקשה והיה זמין. ממוקנת במרכז העיר רעננה וקרוב להרצליה ולאזור קניות ומסעדות. המקום שקט ורגוע. ממליצה בחום ותודה.
