9.0By sea (but on the main A9 road - but double glazing helped)- wow factor extension with upper room sea views, nice bathrooms, good division of rooms, ( best double with en suite is on ground floor) - convenient for shops,
− On the main road but did not really impinge - property could be a little better equipped for cooking- maybe a wand mixer for soups/ smoothies etc- needs a clothes airer!

− The downstairs area, especially in the extension smelled a bit funky. I'm not sure if this was due to the sun coming through the glass onto the wooden floor. This is the only negative.
